Freddie Jackson

Freddie is an Architect with over four years of experience. He joined Studio Egret West in 2015.

He is currently working on a range of projects varying from urban design frameworks, including the Hackney Walk Fashion Hub, to mixed-use residential schemes.

Freddie previously worked for Sir Terry Farrell, where he worked on the design of Earls Court and various urban research initiatives. Prior to this, between studying he spent a time in Germany as a trainee site manager for a concrete contractor, as well as working on numerous house extensions and refurbishments in his home town York, and subsequently London.

Freddie graduated from his Part II with a Distinction from the University of Westminster. His design thesis focused on inhabited infrastructures in the Thames Estuary, which was covered in Dezeen, one the world’s most popular and influential design and architecture online magazines.  

Freddie is a guest design critic at the University of Westminster covering architecture and interior design.
