Tottenham to be Transformed

Studio Egret West are working with Lendlease to deliver High Road West, a transformative regeneration project in Tottenham. The site is located along the High Road in between White Hart Lane station and the new Tottenham Hotspur football stadium.

The scheme will create 2,500 homes, more than 18,580m² of commercial, retail and leisure space as well as a new public square and park. This new square features a curved multi-tiered library as its centrepiece, with a residential high-rise above.

High Road West sensitively responds to the existing townscape and local area, and creates a defined urban structure that respects the existing urban hierarchy, physical features, views, environmental quality, microclimate and the existing local heritage.

Placemaking is at the heart of the vision, with five character areas, each with a distinct identity, providing a journey of discovery for residents and visitors.

The masterplan proposals reinforce the primary neighbourhood spine, connecting existing land uses and our masterplan to the wider area of Northumberland Park.

A hybrid planning application with outline proposals for the site is to be submitted by the end of this year.
