The scheme has been developed for Londonewcastle and contains 29 new homes above commercial space, configured around a new shared courtyard.

The design embodies the diversity and energy of Peckham Rye by creating three entirely separate and visually contrasting buildings; each building responds to their own context and constraints on this small and challenging site. A new high street infill building includes a kinetic shuttered façade to apartments that sit above a new co-working space, while a new residential building behind reflects the white warehouse buildings beyond, with added planted façade panels bringing dimension to a formal gridded brick aesthetic . Between these two buildings sits a new ‘green house’, a single family home in glazed green tiles that animates the planted courtyard shared by all.
